Everything is Cool With Fast Eddie

Apparently Eddie McGee will not face charges for his incident in Champaign Saturday night. He will get diversion instead. I wish that I could have actually seen the fight because according to this report it would have been pretty funny.

For the record Fast Eddie is 6-4, 200 Ilbs.

And in a moment of rage and sadness this is the pessimistic view I had for the next few weeks, along with help from some friends:

-Juice Williams breaks his leg and throwing arm on the same play
-Bears Defense comes down with dysentery
-Demitri McCamey shoots Jerrence Howard during a fight over a Snickers bar. All future recruits decommit.
-Ron Zook quits, Illini hire John Shoop
-Bruce Weber quits, Illini hire Bill Walton
-Al Davis buys the Bears
-Bulls give Derrick Rose a motorcycle
-Bob Howry wins the closer's job next year. By "win," I mean Wood and Marmol are on the DL.
-Arrelious Benn leaves school early, runs a 4.96 40 at the combine, gets passed on by the Bears in the draft for "being too slow," goes to the Rams, leads the Rams to a Super Bowl. Hillbillies seen wearing Benn jerseys at the Border Wars game.
